1. Who we are

IELTS AI Coach is operated by Strelbyte, of Tilagor, Sylhet, Bangladesh. You can reach us at munnamiiraz@gmail.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are, you can sign up yourself — you don’t need a parent’s or guardian’s permission. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

3. What the service is

IELTS AI Coach is an IELTS preparation platform: practice and mock tests for Reading, Listening, Writing and Speaking, feedback on your answers, and study tools such as vocabulary review and a study plan.

4. We are not IELTS

IELTS is a registered trademark of the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. IELTS AI Coach is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or approved by any of them.

The band scores you get here are practice estimates, not official IELTS results. They cannot be used as proof of your English level, and we don’t promise that you will get any particular score in the real test.

5. Automated feedback

Most marking and feedback — for example on essays and spoken answers — is produced by automated systems, including AI models run by other companies (listed in the Privacy Policy). It can be wrong. Use it as guidance, not as a final judgement. A person is involved only where we say so, such as when you book a session with a human Speaking examiner.

With Pro, AI marking and the other AI tools may run on your own free Google AI key, which you add in Settings. Requests made with it also fall under Google’s terms for that key, and Google’s limits for that key apply. The Privacy Policy explains what this means for your information.

6. Your account

• Give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• An account is for one person. Don’t share it or sell access to it.
• Free offers — including the one free Full IELTS simulation — are one per person. Creating extra accounts to claim them again isn’t allowed, and we may close accounts that do.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account.

7. Plans, payments and refunds

You can use IELTS AI Coach for free, with limits, or buy Pro as a 1, 3 or 6-month pass. Prices are shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Stripe; payments through bKash, Nagad, Rocket and local cards are processed by SSLCommerz. We never see or store your full card number.

• A pass is a single payment. It gives you Pro until its expiry date and does not renew by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.
• If you buy a pass while you already have Pro, its time is added to the end of the time you have left.

Refunds. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of your purchase by contacting us at munnamiiraz@gmail.com.

This covers Pro passes (1, 3 or 6 months). A pass is a one-off payment and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel. How to ask: email us from the address on your account, within the time above. Tell us the date and the amount you paid. We reply within 3 working days. What you get back: the full amount you paid for that pass, sent back the way you paid. Card payments made through Stripe go back to the same card. bKash, Nagad, Rocket and local-card payments made through SSLCommerz go back through SSLCommerz. Once we have sent it, your bank or wallet usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show it. Your Pro time: the Pro time that pass paid for ends when the refund is made. If another pass you bought still covers you, you keep Pro for that pass's time. Referral discount: if you paid less because a friend referred you, you get back what you actually paid, and your friend's reward for that purchase is cancelled. After the refund window, passes are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to a refund or we charged you by mistake, for example twice for the same pass. Sessions with a human Speaking examiner follow their own rules, set out below.

Sessions with a human Speaking examiner. These are paid separately, by card through Stripe, and follow their own rules:

• Cancel at least 24 hours before the session and you are refunded in full, automatically.
• If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the session is never refunded. If you don’t join the session, there is no refund.
• If the session is cancelled by the examiner or by us, or the examiner doesn’t join it, you are refunded in full, automatically.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

8. Referrals

You can share your referral link. When a friend signs up with it and buys their first pass, they pay less and you earn a cash reward. The current amounts are shown in the app; for some passes they may be zero. We may change the amounts, or end the programme; a change applies to purchases made after it.

• Referring yourself doesn’t count. There is no discount and no reward when both accounts are yours — the same account, the same email address, or the same device.
• A referral discount and a coupon can’t be combined. You pay whichever price is lower.
• A reward is held for at least 7 days after your friend pays, or longer if the refund window above is longer. If your friend’s payment is refunded, the reward is cancelled, or taken off your balance if it was already added.
• Once your available balance reaches the minimum shown in the app, you can ask to withdraw it by bank transfer, bKash or Nagad. We check each request and send the money by hand. If we refuse a request, the amount goes back to your balance and we tell you why.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, scrape or redistribute the test material, questions or audio on the platform;
• submit someone else’s work as your own, or help another person cheat;
• try to get around usage limits, payments or security, or reverse-engineer the service;
• overload or misuse the AI features, for example by automating requests;
• upload anything unlawful, abusive or that you don’t have the right to share.

10. Your content and ours

Your essays, answers and recordings stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them — including sending them to the service providers named in the Privacy Policy — so that we can mark them, give you feedback and run the service.

Posts you write in question discussions are shown to other students with your name. Moderators may hide or remove posts that break these terms.

The practice material on IELTS AI Coach is provided for your personal study only.

11. Teachers and institutions

If you link your account to a teacher, or join a school or coaching centre that uses IELTS AI Coach, they will be able to see your practice results and the work you submit to them, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; where it is reasonable, we will tell you why first.

• Any Pro time left on a pass ends with the account. If you are still within the refund window and want a refund, ask us before you delete it.
• Any referral balance you haven’t withdrawn, and any withdrawal request not yet paid, is deleted with the account. Withdraw it first.
• Deleting your account cancels any upcoming paid session with a human Speaking examiner, with no refund. To get your money back, cancel the session yourself at least 24 hours before it starts, then delete your account.
• If a payment you started goes through after your account is deleted, we refund it: card payments through Stripe automatically, and bKash, Nagad, Rocket and local-card payments by hand.

13. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided “as is” and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you before the change takes effect.

14. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for the result of any exam you take. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have that the law says cannot be removed.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Sylhet.
