About IELTS AI Coach
IELTS AI Coach is an online practice platform for all four IELTS skills. You sit practice and full mock tests in screens built to look and behave like computer-delivered IELTS, get your answers marked, and see exactly where the marks went — so test day feels familiar.
All four skills
Listening
Four-part tests with the recording, played in an exam screen laid out like computer-delivered IELTS. Marked against the answer key, with a review of every question afterwards.
Reading
Three passages and 40 questions on a split screen, passage on one side and questions on the other, with the same question types as the real test. Marked against the answer key.
Writing
Task 1 and Task 2 essays marked by AI against the four public IELTS criteria — Task Achievement or Response, Coherence and Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy — with the reasons behind each score.
Speaking
An AI examiner asks Part 1, the cue card and Part 3 out loud, and you answer into your microphone. You get a band and feedback on fluency, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. You can also book a paid session with a human examiner, when one is taking bookings.
How the marking works
Listening and Reading are marked against the answer key, so your number of correct answers is exact; the band comes from the standard conversion table. Writing and Speaking are marked by AI against the public IELTS band descriptors. We have not yet compared the AI's bands with a human examiner's, so treat them as practice estimates: automated marking can be wrong, especially on unusual answers. That is why every score comes with its reasons, so you can check them.
Between tests
- Full four-skill mock tests in two modes: Practice, where you can pause and replay, and Real Exam, which plays the audio once, locks the sections and runs to time.
- A vocabulary bank with spaced-repetition review, built from the words you actually missed.
- A mistake notebook that collects your errors from every skill so you can review them.
- A study plan built around your target band, and progress charts that show where your band is moving.
- Academic and General Training: pick yours, and your Reading and Writing practice follows it.
- A free band calculator for turning raw Listening and Reading scores into bands.
For teachers and coaching centres
Schools and coaching centres can give their students seats and follow them from a teacher dashboard: results, weakest skills, homework and Speaking recordings. A student can also link their account to an individual teacher.

IELTS AI Coach is an independent project, built in Sylhet. I made it so that IELTS candidates, especially here in Bangladesh, can practise on realistic tests at a price they can afford. You get your marks and feedback right after each test, so you know what to work on next.
