Yes, you can start free. The free plan includes one Reading, one Listening and one Writing mock test every month and a basic 7-day study plan. You also get one full four-skill mock test, once, after you verify your email. Pro gives you more tests every month, unlimited full mock tests, Speaking mock tests, the AI Coach and a full AI study plan up to your exam date.

No. IELTS AI Coach is independent and is not affiliated with the British Council, IDP or Cambridge. Your bands are practice estimates to help you prepare — they are not an official IELTS result.

Writing and Speaking are marked by AI against the public IELTS band descriptors, and you see the reasons behind each score. We have not yet compared the AI's bands with a human examiner's, so treat them as a practice estimate, not a prediction of your real score. Automated marking can be wrong, especially on unusual answers. Listening and Reading are marked against the answer key, so your number of correct answers is exact. The band comes from the standard conversion table, which can differ by a mark or so between real test versions.

Both. Choose the one you are taking in Settings, and your Reading and Writing practice follows it. Listening and Speaking are the same for both.

It is the average of your four skill bands, rounded to the nearest half band, with exact halves rounding up — so 6.25 becomes 6.5 and 6.75 becomes 7.0.

An AI examiner asks the questions out loud and you answer into your microphone, just like the real interview. You get a band and feedback on fluency, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation. Full Speaking mock tests are part of Pro; practising single questions is free. You can also book a paid session with a human examiner, when one is taking bookings.

Mock tests are designed for a laptop or desktop computer, like computer-delivered IELTS. They open on a phone too, and the Reading test asks you to turn your phone sideways for a wider view. Speaking practice needs a microphone. Daily practice such as vocabulary review works in your phone's browser. Our phone app is not in the app stores yet.

Pro is sold as a 1, 3 or 6-month pass, paid once. Pay by card in US dollars through Stripe, or in taka with bKash, Nagad, Rocket or a local card through SSLCommerz.

No. A Pro pass is a single payment, not a subscription, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. It simply ends on its expiry date, and we email you three days before (unless you have turned off billing emails). Buying another pass early adds to the time you have left.

They are stored so you can review your progress, and parts of them are sent to AI services to mark them. You can delete your account and its data at any time in Settings.

Only if you link your account to them, or join their school or coaching centre. They can then see your practice results and the work you submit to them.
